The role involves supporting the HR department in managing daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The HR Assistant will be responsible for posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, preparing documentation, and assisting in payroll and compliance-related tasks. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes.
