We are hiring for "HR Assistant"

Location : Ambernath

Job Role & Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Blue- and White-Collar):

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical (blue-collar) and professional (white-collar) positions.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR rounds when necessary.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure timely and smooth onboarding of new hires including contract preparation, pre-joining documentation, and induction coordination.

2. Onboarding & Induction:

  • Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees including document verification, background checks, system access setup, and induction sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files as per compliance and audit requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and processes.

3. Employee Engagement & HR Support:

  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, team events, surveys, health & wellness drives, etc.
  • Support HR Manager in executing employee communication plans and welfare activities.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and trackers (e.g., attendance, leave, training records).

Key Requirements:Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR, with hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding. Exposure to both blue- and white-collar hiring in the engineering/manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
