Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee onboarding and exit processes, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding & Exit (Hiring & Firing)
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Support the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and events.
- Support in conducting employee feedback surveys and follow-up actions.
- Contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and morale.
HR Operations & Management
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Assist in payroll inputs and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide support in policy implementation and adherence.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR software.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
