HR Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational growth. The HR Associate will assist in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

- Coordinate HR-related communication across teams and employees

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

- Handle basic employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required
