HR Assistant

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process — job posting, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
  • Handle joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data like attendance and leaves.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
  • Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR software or HRMS will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
