Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, with a passion for creating a positive employee experience and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance checks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building, and wellness initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a tech or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR platforms like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices.
  • Familiarity with managing remote and hybrid teams.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
