Job Title: HR Intern (Fresh to 6 Months Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Sofcom Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial screening calls, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation assistance.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
