Assistant HR

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support new hires with the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help prepare and distribute internal communications regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing company-wide events and training sessions.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Support the HR team with various projects as needed.

Work Schedule

  • This is a full-time position, 5 days a week.
  • The daily shift is from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant internship experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
