Position: Junior HR Generalist

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Description:
The Junior HR Generalist (Entry-Level) will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources while ensuring smooth employee interactions and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates from job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and records in the ATS.
  • Post job openings across platforms and internal communication channels.
  • Support pre-employment checks and reference verifications.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support payroll data entry and validation, including attendance and benefit records.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related queries and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of HR experience (internship or entry-level HR role preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
