Position: Junior HR Generalist
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Job Description:
The Junior HR Generalist (Entry-Level) will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources while ensuring smooth employee interactions and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates from job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment databases and records in the ATS.
- Post job openings across platforms and internal communication channels.
- Support pre-employment checks and reference verifications.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Support payroll data entry and validation, including attendance and benefit records.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of HR experience (internship or entry-level HR role preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
