Junior Sales Manager

Job Title: Junior Sales Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Director of Sales / Company Director
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Sales Management in achieving and managing sales targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the construction and electrical equipment industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential business leads.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Support in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide timely feedback to the senior management on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in the Construction or Electrical Materials industry (preferable but not necessary).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under senior guidance.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
