HR Generalist

Position Title: HR Generalist

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an HR Generalist based in Karachi.

Salary Range: 80k - 100k

Location: DHA - VIII, Karachi

Should be able to:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Support recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding new hires.- Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and update management on regulatory changes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters.

Must have:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
