HR Officer (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for an HR Officer (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, from entry-level to senior management, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage job posting and sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through the selection process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Lead recruitment events and employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, hiring campaigns, and collaborations with universities.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor junior recruiters or HR team members to develop their skills and support recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated experience in leading or managing recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
