Waada Digital is looking for dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and bulk hiring hiring talented sales agents for our domestic - call center operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the sales and call center environment, strong networking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and recruit skilled call center sales agents to meet the company’s growing workforce needs.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Leverage social media and digital tools for targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' sales skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong connections within the call center and sales industry to source high-quality candidates.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics using Excel and other tools to optimize recruitment processes.
- Prepare periodic reports to present recruitment progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with operations managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring to meet sales targets.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and the hiring process.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment for call center or sales positions, with a strong understanding of high-volume hiring.
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of sales environments, agent performance metrics, and sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
