We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in generating leads, writing proposals, and securing projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant projects and actively bid on Upwork and other freelance portals.
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical and design) to prepare accurate project estimates.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.
  • Keep track of bids, conversions, and maintain performance reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, or related domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft persuasive proposals and client messages.
  • Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, client search filters, and bidding strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
