Job Title: PHP Developer - OpenCart Specialist

Location: Karachi (Full-time, On-site)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer with strong expertise in OpenCart (mandatory). The role involves managing, customizing, and optimizing our e-commerce platform to ensure security, scalability, and high performance.

Role & Responsibilities

1. OpenCart Development

• Manage and customize OpenCart (frontend & backend).
• Develop and enhance themes, extensions, and modules.
• Integrate payment gateways, shipping APIs, and third-party tools.
• Optimize performance, SEO, and overall user experience.

2. PHP Development

• Write clean, scalable code, troubleshoot, debug, and follow best practices in testing, CI/CD, and version control.

3. Collaboration & Strategy

• Align solutions with business goals, support marketing/automation initiatives, and recommend tech improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in OpenCart development & PHP.
• Expertise in OpenCart (themes, extensions, APIs, customization, and performance optimization) is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong command of PHP, MySQL, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
