About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of proven HR experience with strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Oversee employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters.

Drive training, learning, and development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build systems and processes from scratch.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
