Job Title: Human Resources Associate
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-Site)

The HR Associate will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating final hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop creative strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely results.
HR Operations & Administration
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration as required.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Employee Engagement & Development
Work closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention.
Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Culture & Compliance
Champion Plutus21s values and culture, ensuring alignment across all HR practices.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Provide support in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience, preferably in recruitment or generalist roles.
Strong personality with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
