HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)

• Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (Talent) supports the concerned department by driving recruitment, onboarding, and talent development while overseeing HR operations such as employee relations, compliance, and payroll inputs. The role ensures a seamless employee experience and alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the department head to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires, including equipment allocation, system access, and orientation.
• Manage the employee lifecycle for the concerned department, including hiring, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding, with assistance from the Central HR Department.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration for assigned employees.
• Handle employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Generate regular HR operations and recruitment reports for management review.
• Ensure the confidentiality of employee data and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in HR roles (with exposure to both talent and HR operations).
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 (Plus Hiring Commissions)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
