Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and strong networking capabilities, enabling them to attract and engage top talent effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates in line with organizational requirements.

Leverage professional networks and industry contacts to identify potential talent.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies.

Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must have a portfolio and hands on proven experience in recruiting relevant call center candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
