HR Generalist – Employee Engagement (IT/Tech)

bout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our growing IT organization. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives, supporting rapid business expansion, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of strategic thinking, employee relations expertise, HR analytics proficiency, and technical knowledge of HRIS systems.

Strategic HR Management

  • Design and implement global talent acquisition strategies for rapid expansion into international markets.
  • Develop cross-cultural orientation, diversity, and inclusion programs to ensure smooth workforce integration.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives aligned with local and international markets.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure sustainable leadership continuity.
  • Partner with management to design retention strategies, including career development, mobility opportunities, and competitive compensation structures.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner in resolving employee relations issues, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Proactively manage workplace culture, addressing toxic behaviors through structured interventions (coaching, PIPs, and training).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and workplace health and safety regulations across local and international markets.
  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready employee records, payroll, and HR policies.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Track and analyze critical HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, compensation benchmarks).
  • Conduct data-driven exit interviews and engagement surveys to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop HR dashboards and present findings to leadership through clear executive summaries.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

Technical & Systems Proficiency

  • Leverage HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP HR, BambooHR, or equivalent) to optimize HR operations.
  • Utilize HR analytics tools for workforce planning, attrition prediction, and recruitment optimization.
  • Manage large-scale HR data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting) and build automated HR reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data while driving data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–4 years of progressive HR experience in the IT/Tech industry, with exposure to global HR practices.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies (local and international).
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel-based HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Timing : 4 :00 pm till 12:00 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
