Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR Team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our fast-growing business needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles and a proven ability to recruit senior-level technical resources such as Technical Leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements, team structures, and future talent needs.
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Conduct screening calls and structured interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and panel interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT/software industry.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and share regular hiring status reports with HR management and leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment within a software house, IT firm, or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven success in recruiting for senior-level roles (Technical Leads, Architects, Senior Engineers).
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technical skillsets, and industry hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple positions simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
