Universal Motors is a global automotive exporter, specializing in vehicles from Japan, Dubai, Singapore, and Thailand. We are expanding our operations and looking for a Senior HR Manager with expertise in HR leadership and automotive background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
• Lead performance management, training & development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Act as a strategic partner to management for workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR professional.
• Mandatory background in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
