HR Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

  • Maintain proper HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment.
  • Assist in preparation and updating of the business flowchart.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR and employment law.
  • Support in working with and maintaining the 401K portal.
  • Keep records of benefit plans such as insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics.
  • Assist in preparing reports for government compliance (EEO-1).
  • Help maintain and update the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams (training will be provided if needed).

Ability to work U.S. business hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
