Manager HR (Female)

We are hiring an Manager HR (Female candidate) for our HR department based in the Karachi office. Prior experience in managing recruitment processes in Software Houses, IT Companies, Recruitment agencies, or any other similar entity is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities include the following:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Manage relationships between employees and the organization, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, employee benefits (healthcare, retirement plans), compensation, and rewards programs.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, including feedback and goal-setting.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs for employee development.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including health and safety, labor laws, and equal opportunity policies.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Talent Management: Build a talent strategy that supports long-term organizational goals. This includes succession planning, talent pipeline development, and ensuring the right talent is in place for future growth.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a work culture that aligns with the organization’s mission and values. This role may involve conducting surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent. This includes developing employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and using data to identify trends.
  • Change Management: This involves communication, training, and ensuring that the organizational culture supports new directions.

Education and Skills Required:

  • Masters (specialization in HRM will be preferred)
  • Must have a strategic understanding of HR functions
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and positive personality
  • Can work comfortably with MS Office (proficiency in MS Excel, is preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
11 am to 8 pm (Mon To Thurs) – Friday Work From Home

  • Experience in HR: 5 years (Preferred)
