Sales Senior Manager – Digital Operations & Strategic Projects

Bait-us-Salam Welfare Trust is looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Operations & Strategic Projects to lead and grow its digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all welfare activities, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enhance processes for donor engagement, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Oversee payment system integrations, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Gather requirements from teams and prioritize tasks according to organizational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement system improvements.
• Manage system integrations and digital tools for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with software development teams for the development and maintenance of IT applications.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Plan, execute, and deliver digital projects supporting welfare programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s or higher preferred).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with proven project ownership, in the nonprofit or welfare sector.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, payment systems, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Knowledge of donor lifecycle and charity operations.
