Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 4–5 years

Qualification: Master's

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and expand growth opportunities for the agency.
• Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients for marketing services.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with agency offerings.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Plan, supervise, and guide execution of social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance as well as campaign metrics to ensure growth and target achievement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with international customers to secure favorable agreements.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
• Mentor, train, and monitor sales executives, ensuring performance tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in digital sales with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for international client handling.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and client acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask effectively and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Must present a proven record (report format) as evidence of past sales performance.
