HR Assistant

Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks such as attendance, leave management, and HR reports.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in organizing staff meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR information
