- Prepare job contracts, promotion letters, and other essential documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the Course Director.
- Assist in planning and executing office events and initiatives.
- Maintain and update work trackers and dashboards to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to support academic staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Confident, bold, and smart approach to work.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative without constant supervision.
- Strong reading and comprehension skills to understand and process information effectively.
- Passion for work, with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
