Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT roles across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/- Take home per month
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
