About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, people-first HR Assistant to Help us strengthen our culture, streamline operations, and ensure every team member has an exceptional experience from day one.
What You’ll Do
As the HR Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our HR operations. You’ll support our people programs, help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and foster the communication and culture that make KNS a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Support company culture initiatives, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
- 
Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and onboarding sessions.
- 
Serve as a communication hub — helping craft and share company updates and announcements.
- 
Help coordinate new hire processes including offer letters, onboarding, and training schedules.
- 
Maintain organized HR records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- 
Partner with HR leadership on key projects and process improvements.
- 
Provide administrative support for employee programs, performance cycles, recruiting, and surveys.
What We’re Looking For
- 
1–3 years of HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.
- 
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- 
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 
A proactive, positive attitude and passion for helping people.
- 
Tech-savvy with comfort using HR systems, spreadsheets, communication tools, and Microsoft office tools.
- 
A professional who acts with integrity and maintains confidentiality at all times.
-
