HR Assistant

Position: HR Assistant

Experience: Minimum 2 year required in a relevant field, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.

Language: English should be good

Computer knowledge: Basic Computer knowledge required

Gender: Male/Female

Job location: Barasat (Regent Garment and Apparel Park)

Job Description:

-Recruitment & Onboarding

-Documentation, maintain manpower records

-Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, and overtime for staff and workers

-Compile attendance and leave data for payroll processing.

-Statutory Compliance

-Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
