Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Acting as a point of contact with benefit vendors, employees and administrators to address any benefit-related queries.

Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying prospective candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

Maintaining calendars for the HR management team to ensure effective scheduling.

Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Assisting with performance management procedures to foster employee development.

Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events, as well as maintaining agendas to support organized operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for supporting our team and employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
