  • Recruitment and onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to integrate them into the company.
  • Manage employee offboarding and exit interviews.
  • Employee relations and management:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflicts, aiming for fair resolution.
  • Support and manage performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through various initiatives and programs.
  • Policy and compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with business goals and legal requirements.
  • Ensure the company and its employees comply with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
  • Compensation and benefits:
  • Administer employee benefits packages, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Training and development:
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Support employee development initiatives and career growth within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
