- Recruitment and onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to integrate them into the company.
- Manage employee offboarding and exit interviews.
- Employee relations and management:
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflicts, aiming for fair resolution.
- Support and manage performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through various initiatives and programs.
- Policy and compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with business goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure the company and its employees comply with all labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
- Compensation and benefits:
- Administer employee benefits packages, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Training and development:
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support employee development initiatives and career growth within the organization.
