Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Support in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Support in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
  • Participate in policy implementation, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
