Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Support in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Support in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Participate in policy implementation, audits, and compliance checks.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
