About Aduri Group

Aduri Group is a reputed and fast-growing real estate company. We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Admin who can manage administrative operations and support our HR activities, especially recruitment. Candidates with strong communication skills and an MBA background are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and databases
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with management, staff, and external vendors
  • Ensure smooth office functioning and resolve basic HR/Admin-related queries
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR or related field (mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR/Admin (freshers with strong skills can apply)
  • Fluency in local languages and English
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
  • Smart, proactive, and confident personality
