Aduri Group is a reputed and fast-growing real estate company. We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Admin who can manage administrative operations and support our HR activities, especially recruitment. Candidates with strong communication skills and an MBA background are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and databases
- Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with management, staff, and external vendors
- Ensure smooth office functioning and resolve basic HR/Admin-related queries
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- MBA in HR or related field (mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in HR/Admin (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Fluency in local languages and English
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
- Smart, proactive, and confident personality
