Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist in recruitment and employee relations, and help ensure that HR operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Support the recruitment process.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. attendance, leaves).
- Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preffere Candidate Who handle Employee Attendance Software (Pagarbook)
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with Attendence Software & Payroll Software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
