Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at VISUTI CAREER in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementations. They will also ensure compliance with labor regulations and promote a positive work culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of HR policy implementations and labor regulations
• Experience in promoting a positive work culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
