Key Responsibilities & Functions
The HR Assistant will execute all core operational HR and office administrative duties with precision and strict adherence to company policy
1. Employee Data Management & Compliance:
- Record Integrity: Update and maintain the accuracy of all current and former employee records in both soft and physical forms.
- Policy Enforcement: Actively manage "Office Adherence" as per company policy and enforce compliance among all employees to fulfill all policy requirements.
- Document Issuance: Prepare and issue all official employee correspondence, including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving/Release Letters, Warning Letters, and Termination Letters, strictly following established SOPs.
2. Full Employee Lifecycle Management (Internal):
- Onboarding: Manage the administrative components of new hire setup, including coordinating IT for asset allocation, setting up Email IDs and Access to portals.
- Offboarding: Execute the separation process, ensuring coordination for asset return and immediately processing the account freeze and access revocation of departing employees.
3. Attendance & Time Management:
- Attendance Tracking: Accurately cross-check employee attendance data recorded at the biometric machine.
- Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly attendance reports for internal management review.
- Payroll Support: Assist the HR Manager by compiling and submitting accurate documentation required for payroll processing.
4. Recruitment Support (Administrative Only):
- Provide administrative support to the hiring process by posting job advertisements on designated internal/external portals.
- Perform initial candidate screening to identify the best fit.
- Coordinate and schedule online and onsite interviews between candidates and managers.
5. Office Supply & Requisition Management:
- Stationery & Supplies: Manage the inventory, issuance, and usage compliance of all departmental stationery and office supplies.
- Requisitions: Handle, process, and track departmental requisitions for new items, ensuring strict compliance on usage and issuance protocols.
6. Employee Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing timely updates and answers to their queries and concerns.
- Support initiatives aimed at engaging employees and addressing their concerns in a supportive environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (BS-HRM , BBA, or Bachelors in Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a dedicated HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or HR Operations role, with demonstrable focus on managing employee records and compliance.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
