Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with attendance monitoring, leave records, and timesheets
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data
- Coordinate medical insurance activities, including employee additions, deletions, renewals, and claims follow-ups
- Assist in processing employee documentation such as contracts, renewals, and confirmations
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures,
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Skill Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Experience in the UAE is an advantage
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
