Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to handle recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and routine HR functions. The role requires strong communication skills, effective coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Education Counsellors, Trainers, and administrative roles.
• Publish job vacancies on portals such as Indeed, Apna, and Naukri.
• Shortlist candidates, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and coordinate interviews with management.
• Oversee onboarding procedures, documentation, and employee joining processes.
• Maintain attendance records, employee databases, and daily HR reports.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and general HR operations.
• Share daily recruitment status and HR updates with management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule

• Day shift, Monday to Saturday
• On-site role
