- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documents
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Assist in payroll inputs and salary data verification
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and basic compliance matters
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
- Support HR audits and documentation requirements
