  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documents
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and timesheets
  • Assist in payroll inputs and salary data verification
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and basic compliance matters
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
  • Support HR audits and documentation requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
