We are looking for an HR Assistant. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring and possess good communication skills to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates on interview status and offers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
  • Support onboarding documentation after candidate selection

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate interviews and manage multiple openings
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Basic knowledge of HR documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in consulting or IT recruitment is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
