We are looking for an HR Assistant. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring and possess good communication skills to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates on interview status and offers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Support onboarding documentation after candidate selection
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate interviews and manage multiple openings
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in consulting or IT recruitment is an added advantage
