Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 0–1 years of experience to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Hindi and English, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies
- Coordinate training sessions and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
