Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support HR operations and administrative activities. The candidate will assist in recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Executive in day-to-day HR operations and coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and databases.
- Support recruitment activities – posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Handle employee joining formalities and exit documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Help in preparing HR letters, memos, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Executive.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or MBA in HR preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in HR or administration
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must own a two-wheeler for local HR-related travel
- Male candidates, Trivandrum natives preferred
