HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Assistant for a fast-growing manufacturing site in Canton, MI!

Responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding all new hires, processing unemployment, benefits administration, employee evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Proficient in data entry and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
