We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting HR operations and growing their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and updating attendance and employee data.
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and orientation programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide timely support.
- Support the HR team in implementing policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administration is an advantage.
- Experience in the educational industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in payroll is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic HR practices and procedures.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
