We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while also supporting various HR functions. You will play a key role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process for various positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct reference checks, prepare job offers, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Support other HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Familiarity with HR processes and practices beyond recruitment, such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and employees at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Paycom preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
