We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while also supporting various HR functions. You will play a key role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process for various positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks, prepare job offers, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Support other HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices beyond recruitment, such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Paycom preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
