The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance, payroll support, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective communication between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records
  • Maintain employee files, HR databases, and documentation (joining, exit, confirmations)
  • Support attendance, leave, and shift management
  • Assist in payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory deductions
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance appraisal documentation
  • Assist in statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor records)
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee data at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years experience in HR operations (clinic/healthcare experience preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, PF & ESI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
