Job Description:
HR Assistant supports the HR department in managing day-to-day human resources operations across the employee life cycle. The role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, handling HR administration, and supporting compliance with organizational policies. The HR Assistant plays an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, and shortlisting resumes
- To coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- To support onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, and performance data)
- To assist H.R Officer for preparation of letters, contracts, and other employment-related documentation
- To ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee information
- To Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Eligibility:
- Bachelor of Business Administration(fresh may also be considered)
- 0–1 year of internship or entry-level experience in HR or an administrative role
- Experience in a healthcare setup will be an added advantage
