HR Assistant

NakedMD is excited to invite applications for the position of HR Administrative Assistant. This role is designed for individuals eager to continue growing their career in Human Resources. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the HR team by assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Your contributions will help us foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
• Respond to general HR general inquiries from employees regarding benefits, payroll, policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events and initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• This is a Full-time role onsite in Newport Beach, CA.

Pay range $20-25/ hour.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Has 1 year HR related experience or internship experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Enthusiasm for learning about HR and commitment to supporting team members.
